First of all, a warm welcome to you : Gay Classic Car enthusiast! Too much time has passed since we have been able to come together for a celebration, a classic car fest and a bloody good party.
Eurotour 2022 looks to be an exciting and inspiring getaway for next year. We here at Eurotour 2022 Head Office are extremely proud to present you our programme. It caters for all tastes and likes and we are certain you will find it invigorating as well as entertaining.
To start off there is the hotel. An actual old prison which has been exquisitely converted into a boutique Hotel, it offers wonderfully spacious rooms and excellent cuisine, and here is the best part : We have got the place all to ourselves for the whole Eurotour 2022.
The full program can be found elsewhere on this site but let us just highlight a few things :
First of all on Friday is “De Zaanse Schans”, a collection of old wooden houses, windmills, barns and workshops tastefully put together to evoke a feeling of what life was like in The Netherlands around 1850. We do not need to tell what a great photo opportunity this will be. Include this on your way to the hotel or check in early and take the short drive (30 minutes) from there.
On Saturday the Marine Museum in Den Helder will be another highlight on this Eurotour, situated by an old marine shipyard and housed in a former explosives warehouse we can enjoy a visit to an old submarine as well as a 19th century rammer called the Scorpion.
No Eurotour would be complete without a car museum and so on Sunday we included the 2CV Museum in our line-up. A wonderful collection, run by volunteers, with over 300 2CV from all over the world. We gather it is a must see, not only for the Citroën fanatics.
As we all know A little party never hurt nobody so on Sunday evening we invite you to a dance party not surprisingly themed “Cops & Robbers”. Let your imagination go wild and celebrate with us.
We have gone to great lengths to present you with scenic drives, good food, some fun and dare we say educational visits. All we need now is your attendance.
